Onus on Mr. Bush

Fascinating clip. A sharp departure from the bland diet of political meekness we've gotten used to from mainstream media. Hat tip to "Uncle Cool".

What does the C-Doc think of this?

Comments:
C-Doc thinks that there's have been a series of these Special Comments from Olberman, and they are extraordinary, in a literal sense. The echoes in each to Edward R. Murrow (and his comments against Sen. Joe McCarthy and what we now call McCarthyism) are not coincidental.

ditto...olberman has been one of the few members of the media to consistently call out Bush

Agree with everything said. What gives Olberman so much credibility is that he "calls out" Bush with truth and facts, not lies and smears. The neocons "call out" people with lies and smears - e.g., swift boat attack on Kerry, smearing Sen. Max Cleland (triple amputee in Vietnam as unpatriotic), smearing John McCain in 2000 (adopted daughter from Bangladesh as being black illegimate daughter), outing of Valerie Plame, and on and on.
